‘It’s the Third Disruption!’
New College’s Library and Special Collections – the UK’s largest theological library – have been on the move over the past few years, but are now safely back in their home on The Mound. The Friends of Edinburgh University Library visited in June 2024 and were treated to a display of rare treasures. The Friends also supported a studend intern to conserve and rehouse photographs of New College staff and students: these are now ready for digitisation and will eventually appear in the University’s Digital Collections Portal.
